Refund Policy

RETENTION GUARANTEE / REPLACEMENT POLICY

As part of our commitment and dedication to our customers, we include a Retention Guarantee with all of our services. If for any reason you lose followers, likes, views, plays or anything else we delivered, you can Request Replacements for free. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS AND REFUNDS

ELIGIBLE REFUND REQUESTS

  • Non-delivery of the product/service: in some cases the process times are slower, and it make take a little longer for your order to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department in writing within 7 days from placing the order.
  • Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product/service is not as described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
  • Client wishes to cancel reoccurring payment of product/service and is within 7 days of the last payment. If a request is made for a refund after 7 days the customer is not eligible, and a cancellation will be completed on all future billing. The customer may continue to receive the service until the end of their billing cycle, or opt for immediate halt of the product/service.

If you believe someone placed an order with your credit card, without your authorization (aka. a Fraudulent Order), please contact us immediately! The Phone Number to reach our Fraud Department is located next to the transaction description on your credit card statement (leave a voicemail if we’re unavailable), or you may contact us via email. Be sure to have or include the (1) Transaction Amount, (2) Date of the Transaction and (3) The Last 4 Digits of your Credit Card Number, so we can find the transaction.

We will issue a Full Refund promptly, report the fraudulent customer to the proper authorizes and blacklist them throughout our network and our industry partners.
